His expertise spans talent acquisition, client relationship management, and strategic business growth, particularly within the water and infrastructure sectors. Matt is passionate about driving excellence in service delivery and developing long-term partnerships that support both clients and candidates in achieving their goals.

Outside of work, Matt is an avid golf enthusiast and can often be found perfecting his swing on the course. A dedicated sports fan, he proudly supports both Cambridge United and Arsenal.
