Over the past two decades, Ruth’s professional journey has paralleled a personal passion for engineering. Not only is Ruth a recruiter, but also an advocate for the field. Proudly married to an engineer, Ruth is a dedicated member of the Women’s Engineering Society, actively supporting gender and pay equality. Ruth is also a key contributor to Alexander Associates’ 50% female board of directors.
Beyond recruitment, Ruth launched the #ShesAnEngineer campaign in 2022, aimed at highlighting the inspiring careers of women in engineering. With a firm belief that engineering is a career choice deserving of more recognition, Ruth is committed to changing the narrative around the industry.”
