The brief

 

The goal was to hire a Head of Technical to lead a specialised team within the design group, focused on creating designs for the regeneration of Eastleigh Town. Collaborating closely with the council’s Head of Commercial, we were entrusted with identifying and securing candidates who not only met the technical qualifications but also aligned seamlessly with the organisation’s culture.
