We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead multi-discipline water/wastewater treatment and conveyance programmes across Texas. With a strong backlog, they need someone who can step in, stabilize delivery, and elevate team performance.

Key experience:

• 10–18+ years in W/WW design & delivery (treatment plants).
• Proven leadership of multi-office design teams, resource planning and mentoring.
• Portfolio/programme management: scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change control.
• QA/QC leadership, stamping oversight, design reviews and constructability.
• Civil 3D/BIM literacy (management-level), coordination across process/structural/M&E/I&C.
• Interface with construction & design teams to ensure deadlines are being met
• Texas PE required
