A well-established, multidisciplinary engineering practice focused on water, wastewater, and civil infrastructure is seeking a licensed Lead Wastewater Project Engineer to join its team. This position involves leading technical efforts, supporting complex project delivery, and contributing to overall service quality.
Key Responsibilities

Apply comprehensive engineering expertise across a range of project assignments

Contribute to major, multi-disciplinary projects and independently lead portions of project work

Take technical ownership for planning, interpreting, and coordinating small to mid-sized water and wastewater projects

Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and enhance service delivery

Mentor and oversee junior team members

Conduct research related to project needs and industry trends
