A multidisciplinary engineering consulting firm specializing in water, wastewater, and civil infrastructure is seeking a Lead Water Project Engineer. This role involves supporting the planning, design, and construction phases of drinking water and wastewater projects, including source development, distribution systems, storage, and treatment facilities.
Key Responsibilities

Participate in planning, design, and construction administration for drinking water and wastewater infrastructure

Provide technical support to project managers and cross-disciplinary team members

Perform hydraulic design for pumping and pipeline systems

Support asset management efforts and system evaluations

Prepare technical reports, memoranda, and client communications

Assist with pilot studies and technology evaluations
-
Conduct field investigations and site visits across various project stages

Required Experience

Minimum of 7 years of engineering experience related to drinking water and/or wastewater systems

Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulatory and funding requirements

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

Experience with AutoCAD or Revit is a plus
Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
-
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required
