We’re representing a leading engineering consultancy that is actively growing their Land Development division in the Austin market. This position will support a wide range of residential, mixed-use, commercial and infrastructure related developments across Central Texas.

Job Specifications:

• Lead and manage Land Development projects from initial planning through to final delivery
• Oversee grading, drainage, stormwater, paving and utility design packages
• Coordinate directly with developers, municipalities and internal design teams
• Manage project schedules, budgets and technical delivery
• Mentor junior engineers and support team development
• Support permitting and agency coordination processes across Texas municipalities
• Opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of the Austin office

Key Requirements:

• 6+ years of Civil Engineering experience within Land Development projects
• Strong background across drainage, grading and utility design
• Experience using Civil 3D
• PE License preferred or currently working towards
• Strong client facing and project management experience
• Experience delivering projects across Texas preferred
