I’m currently representing a growing engineering consultancy looking to strengthen their Land Development team in San Antonio due to continued project growth across the region.

Job Specifications:

• Manage Land Development projects across residential and commercial sectors
• Lead drainage, grading and utility design coordination
• Oversee project delivery, scheduling and budgeting
• Coordinate directly with clients, municipalities and design teams
• Support entitlement and permitting processes
• Mentor junior engineering staff
• Opportunity to support continued office growth in the San Antonio market

Key Requirements:

• 6+ years of Land Development engineering experience
• Strong Civil 3D experience
• Experience across drainage, paving and utility design
• PE License preferred
• Strong project coordination and client management skills
• Texas project experience preferred
