Alexander Associates are epresenting a growing engineering consultancy looking to strengthen their Water/Wastewater Infrastructure team in Austin. The role will focus across municipal water and wastewater treatment related projects throughout Texas.

Job Specifications:

• Manage Water/Wastewater infrastructure projects from planning through delivery
• Lead multidisciplinary design coordination across treatment facility projects
• Oversee technical design reviews, project scheduling and client communication
• Work closely with municipal clients across water and wastewater infrastructure upgrades
• Support proposal development and project planning activities
• Mentor junior engineering staff within the team
• Exposure across both water and wastewater treatment projects

Key Requirements:

• 7+ years of Water/Wastewater engineering experience
• Strong municipal infrastructure project background
• Experience across treatment plant projects preferred
• PE License in Texas or ability to obtain via reciprocity
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Experience managing engineering deliverables and project budgets
