What You’ll Do
Join a seasoned water services team where you’ll contribute to the planning, design, and delivery of meaningful water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Your work will help strengthen communities and support long-term client success. In this role, you will:

Guide projects through all stages—from initial planning and design through final construction.

Support and mentor junior engineers while ensuring deliverables remain on schedule and within budget.

Prepare clear, accurate project documentation aligned with defined scope and quality expectations.

Conduct technical evaluations, collaborate with specialized partners, and contribute insight to reports and analytical work.

Work closely with clients to understand project goals and deliver effective, tailored solutions that build lasting partnerships.

Engage with local stakeholders and assist with business development opportunities to help expand our reach and impact.
What You Bring
You’re a collaborative thinker with strong technical abilities and a desire to advance into leadership roles. Ideal candidates will have:

A bachelor’s degree in Civil, Chemical, Environmental Engineering, or a related field (a master’s degree is beneficial).

A Professional Engineer (PE) license, or the ability to obtain one within the required timeframe.

5+ years of hands-on experience in water and/or wastewater system design, including treatment facilities, distribution networks, and collection systems.

Demonstrated experience managing water or wastewater projects.

Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork capabilities.

Confidence in preparing technical reports, client presentations, detailed memoranda, and construction documents.

A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to a collaborative, people-focused workplace.

Active participation in relevant professional organizations.
