I’m representing a leading consultancy looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager within their Water/Wastewater Infrastructure division in Austin. This role will focus heavily across municipal treatment infrastructure and major capital improvement projects.

Job Specifications:

• Lead major Water/Wastewater infrastructure projects across Texas
• Manage multidisciplinary teams across treatment facility design and delivery
• Oversee client relationships, project financials and resource planning
• Support business development and strategic growth initiatives
• Provide technical leadership across treatment infrastructure projects
• Mentor and develop Project Managers and junior engineering staff
• Play a key role in long-term office and division growth

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of Water/Wastewater engineering experience
• Strong treatment plant project background preferred
• Proven experience managing large municipal infrastructure projects
• PE License required
• Strong leadership and client management experience
• Experience managing teams, budgets and project delivery
