As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead high-performing teams to deliver successful projects that exceed client expectations within Hydrologic and Hydraulic projects. You’ll also play a key role in strengthening client partnerships and advancing growth initiatives in Omaha water resources sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive complex projects from concept through delivery, ensuring quality and consistency throughout.
• Provide day-to-day leadership & mentoring for project staff while ensuring client goals are met.
• Create winning proposals, detailed scopes, and accurate fee/cost estimates for diverse assignments.
• Control project finances and logistics budgets, timelines, procurement, contracts, funding submissions, and communications.
• Build strong repour with clients via proactive relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 8+ years of experience in water resource related projects.
