We are seeking a Wastewater Practice Lead to drive strategic direction, growth, and technical delivery across the Texas municipal wastewater practice. With major programme opportunities and high utility investment, they need someone who can win work, lead delivery, and shape a high-performing regional team.

Key experience:

• 15+ years in wastewater treatment plant and conveyance programme delivery
• Track record leading teams across multiple offices/disciplines (process, civil, structural, I&C)
• Business development and key client pursuit leadership within Texas utilities/municipalities
• Oversight of portfolio/programme delivery: schedule, budget, risk, quality, reporting
• Senior technical authority with oversight of QA/QC, design reviews, and PE-stamped submittals
• Ability to align with cross-functional specialists (reuse, PFAS, digital, decarbonisation)
• Texas PE required (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
