We are seeking an experienced Wastewater Practice Lead to drive strategy, delivery, and practice growth across Florida’s municipal wastewater market. With a strong backlog and expanding utility demand, they need someone who can step in, lead pursuits, stabilize delivery, and elevate team performance from day one.

Key experience:

• 15+ years in municipal wastewater treatment and conveyance (WWTPs, collections, pumping)
• Proven leadership of multi-discipline design teams, resource planning and mentoring
• Strategic input into practice growth, key account management, and pursuit leadership
• Portfolio/programme oversight: scope, schedule, budget, risk, change management
• Senior technical advisory capability (design review, constructability, QA/QC, PE stamping oversight)
• Collaborating with utility clients, sector leadership, and internal delivery leaders.
• Florida PE required
