We are seeking a Water Reuse Practice Lead to drive advanced treatment growth and delivery across Texas, with a focus on recycled water strategies and next-generation treatment technologies. With increasing pressure on utilities to adopt reuse, they need a senior leader who can lead major pursuits, deliver technically complex programmes, and mentor multidisciplinary teams.

Key experience:

• 12–18+ years in advanced water reuse and wastewater treatment (RO, membranes, ozonation, UV/AOP)
• Proven leadership delivering high-value recycled water projects for municipal utilities
• Experience with regulatory engagement and aligning reuse solutions with Texas compliance pathways
• Pursuit leadership, proposal development, client account growth, and strategic positioning
• Oversight of process engineering, structural, civil, M&E and I&C teams
• Experience representing firms at industry forums and supporting thought leadership
• Texas PE required
